Mobility allowance (Belgium)

In Belgium, a mobility allowance is legally granted to any employee who travels to his place of work. This allowance is calculated based on the number of kilometres travelled. It is important to correctly complete the documents related to these movements for each employee and to keep them up to date, taking into account the possibility of carpooling between colleagues. This non-negligible administrative task determines the calculation of the allowance to be paid to employees.
